About Us
Who We Are
Repro After Dark was created by four experienced nursing professionals with one shared commitment: ensuring every patient has access to compassionate, knowledgeable, and judgment-free support, no matter the hour or their location.
Collectively bringing more than sixty years of clinical experience in abortion care, complex family planning, and patient triage, our team recognized the gap in after-hours support. Frequently, patient questions, concerns and clinical symptoms happen after hours, yet reliable nighttime guidance can be hard to find. Repro After Dark was built to change that—ensuring patients access to the same compassionate care they receive inside a health center or clinic.
Meredith brings over 25 years of direct patient care experience and over 15 years of Planned Parenthood experience including direct patient care and operations leadership.
Becky brings over 13 years of direct patient care in sexual and reproductive health and abortion care in the indie, hospital-based, and Planned Parenthood settings. She has extensive experience with phone triage including management and oversight, operations and clinical management in outpatient settings, and financial management and analysis.
Alexis is a certified nurse midwife with over 20 years of experience in abortion care, starting as a clinical assistant at a small independent abortion clinic and now as a procedural abortion provider working in direct patient care and in clinical leadership. She has been answering patient calls after dark for over 15 years.
Alison brings more than 18 years of experience in abortion, sexual and reproductive health care, tenured clinical practice and leadership. She is nationally recognized for providing exceptional patient-centered and trauma-informed health care by Press-Ganey, as well as abortion leadership by the National Abortion Federation.
Our on-call nursing service provides evidence-based triage, clear guidance, and calm reassurance for patients and the organizations that care for them. We partner with abortion providers to extend their reach, improve continuity of care, and give patients 24/7 access to expert support.
